Vanessa Thomas-Williams is an Attorney at Law who also specializes in Industrial Relations and legal issues surrounding Employment. She is an Industrial Relations (Corporate) Consultant and is currently engaged in private practice. Her professional work also covers Administrative Law, Occupational Safety and Health Management, Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management training.

Steven Burch

Steven Burch is the Senior Partner at Quaestus, a UK consulting firm specializing in creative and effective training and development initiatives. He is a lively and engaging trainer, great coach, skillful facilitator and effective communicator, with persons at every level in the organization.

Shirley Davis-Sheppard

Shirley Davis, PhD, SPHR, affectionately known as The Success Doctor, is an accomplished corporate executive, global workforce and talent management expert, an international speaker, and executive coach. She is President of SDS Enterprises, LLC, a global talent management solutions firm that provides strategies and solutions for how to work, lead, and succeed in a global, virtual, diverse, and hyper-connected world.

Habib Chamoun-Nicolas

Habbu Chamoun-Nicolas, PhD, has been conducting negotiation and business development activities in diversified sectors, oil and gas, petroleum, petrochemical, chemical, industrial, commercial, institutional, for the sales and marketing of services and products for over 25 years.

David Cohen, PhD, is passionate about helping organizations understand the linkages between the behaviours of their employees with the corporate values and the execution of the business plan. He works with organizations around the globe on all aspects of talent management integration. His focus is on corporate culture alignment.

Gilmore Crosby

Gilmore Crosby has been an Organizational Development Professional since 1984, and has delivered services within the Caribbean since 1999. His unique and practical approach consisitently results in individual and systemic change.

Wayne Chen

Wayne Chen, LLB, is Chairman of the JEF 2014 Convention Committee, President Caribbean Employers� Confeeration (CEC), Immediate Past President of the Jamaica Employers� Federation (JEF). He is also Chairman and CEO of Super Plus Food Stores and he presently serves on the Boards of CVM Television Group and National Commercial Bank.

Luesette Simpson Howell

Luessette Howell, has lived and worked internationally spanning over 17 years in English and French-speaking Africa, Europe and the Caribbean. Her career has encompassed the areas of education at the Tertiary level, training and management positions in small enterprise development, and international relations specializing in providing advisory services and developing technical cooperation programmes for implementation through public and private-sector organizations.

Hon. Derrick Kellier

The Honourable Derrick Kellier is the Minister of Labour & Social Security. He is also a businessman and a farmer and has been Member of Parliament for Southern St. James since February 1989. He has had significant experience and a distinguished record of service in Government, and is the recipient of the award of the Order of Distinction in the rank of Commander (CD) which was conferred in 2009.

Dormah B. Harrison

Dormah Harrison is a Law Enforcement and Security Sector Educator and Trainer and a Corporate and Executive Coach. He is currently a lecturer and law enforcement consultant with the University of the West Indies � Institute of Criminal Justice and Security (ICJS). He is a past member of the Jamaica Constabulary Force; serving to the rank of Assistant Commissioner, and continues to serve the Jamaica Constabulary in the areas of management and leadership development training and coaching.

Devon Rowe

Devon Rowe is the Financial Secretary in the Ministry of Finance and Planning. He has over thirty two years� experience in the public service in areas of fiscal policy and local government. He previously served as Deputy Financial Secretary and Permanent Secretary.

Michel Neray

Michel Neray is a visionary and entrepreneurial game-changer who, in 1995 founded Portfolios Online, the world�s first Internet search engine for advertising and creative professionals. Michel has held a variety of leadership positions in the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers, and has spoken professionally in more than seven countries around the world. He is also a consultant and facilitator, a motivational speaker, a creative marketing copywriter, advertising agency director and marketing executive.

Paul Golding

Paul Golding, PhD, is an Associate Professor and Dean of the College of Business and Management at the University of Technology, Jamaica. He has also served the University as Head of the School of Computing and Information Technology.

Claudia A. White

Claudia A. White, PhD, is the CEO of White Sand Consultant, Inc. She is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist Coach, and Performance Consultant. She specializes in researching, analyzing, developing, and assisting organizations to increase workplace performance and productivity.

William W. Lawrence

William Lawrence, PhD, is a strategic management consultant with over 25 years of experience as a business executive and industrial engineer. He specializes in business restructuring. His recent book titled �Business Renewal and Performance in Jamaica� shows how to rescue any viable business from losses and financial distress.

Georgia Simpson

Georgia Simpson is an experienced and qualified professional who provides insurance, risk management and other consulting services to private and public service agencies. She is a Fellow of the Charted Insurance Institute of London, Trainer of Insurance & Risk Management Professionals at the College of Insurance and other institutions.

Gaudia Chevannes-Aquart

Gaudia Chevannes-Aquart has been in the �wellness� business for over 30 years and has owned and managed several well-established day spas to date. Her passion involves taking care of the entire person � mind, body, and soul.

Fritz H. A. Pinnock

Fritz Pinnock, PhD, is the Executive Director of the Caribbean Maritime Institute. His vision and leadership style have resulted in a team-oriented work environment. He is very purpose-driven and goal-oriented and is no stranger to top managerial positions, having been in management since he was 21 years old.

Rev. Conrad Pitkin

�Leadership is the capacity to influence others through inspiration, motivated by a passion, generated by a vision, produced by a conviction, ignited by a purpose.� Reverend Conrad H. Pitkin portrays these qualities. He is currently the Senior Pastor of Faith Temple Assembly of God, in Montego Bay with a membership of over one thousand (1,000).

Raymond Eytle

Raymond Eytle is the Senior Assistant Registrar � Employee Relations, Compensation, Environment, Health and Safety (ERCEHS) in the Human Resources Division of the University of the West Indies (UWI). He is also the 2nd Vice President of the Jamaica Employers� Federation and is a Director of the Caribbean Confederation of Employers (CEC).

Tony L. Henthorne

Tony Henthorne, PhD, teaches Marketing Planning & Strategy and directs all graduate programmes, research activities and international programmes for his college. He has worked with resot entities throughout the Caribbean and Mexico on market planning and customer service. His latest work deals with destination image and brand personality of Jamaica. He has been a marketing professional for over 25 years and, as such, has made hundreds of presentations.

Dr. Robert Oppenheimer

Dr. Robert Oppenheimer is a Professor of Management and the Director of the Centre for Mature Students at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. Bob teaches Organizational Behavior and a course he created, Developing Managerial Skills, in the MBA programs. The focus of his work has been the effective utilization of organizations� Human Resources.

Sandra Husbands

Sandra Husbands has over twenty (20) years� business experience as a consultant. Her background, training and experience spans five fields of business endeavour, namely Training, Management Consulting, Tourism, Sales & Market Research.

Denzil Thorpe

Denzil Thorpe is the Director of Social Security with the Ministry of Labour and Social Security. He has direct responsibility for the delivery of the Ministry�s social programmes including the NIS and PATH as well as programmes seeking to advance the welfare of senior citizens and persons with disabilities. He previously served as the Director of the National Insurance Scheme.

Gary C. Hendrickson

Gary C. Hendrickson, also known as Butch, serves as the principal and chairman of Continental Baking Company Limited and Director of National Continental Corporation. He is also a member of the American Society of Bakery Engineers.

Rev. Dr. Morgan

Rev. Dr. Morgan is a Managing Consultant with Global Management Solutions Limited and Caribbean Applied Technology Centre Limited. With over 20 years experience in the field, he is highly regarded in the Caribbean region as an Education Administrator, Organization Development Specialist, a Strategic Planner, and a Human Resource Development Professional.

Dr. Donovan A. Thomas

Dr. Donovan A. Thomas is Founder and President of Choose Life International (CLI), a non-profit organization registered in Jamaica. He is also a former National Director of Jamaica Youth For Christ and past Regional Director for Youth For Christ International in the Caribbean.
